Tour Description:
Shiok means delicious in Singapore. Our Chinatown tour takes place in the cool morning temperatures. We’ll spend 3 hours exploring the lesser known spots of Chinatown. Enjoy 10 shiok tastings from some of our favourite local vendors. You’ll learn about the secrets of Singapore’s favourite dishes. You’ll try Michelin recognized hawkers and learn how to navigate through our famous hawker centres and wet markets. This is a perfect tour for the first time visitor to Singapore. We take in the popular Chinatown but avoid the more touristy parts allowing you to discover them at your own pace later in the day.

We will be walking about on the route. Plenty of stops along the way
Due to the location of the tour this is not suitable for Halal or vegetarians
Wear comfortable clothes (we are visiting a temple so please have knees and shoulders covered)

Susan was our guide on this awesome food tour. We were staying near Chinatown so this was a good pick for us. We definitely visited places that we would not have found on our own. We loved meeting some of the hawkers especially the curry puff couple. My husband took some great snaps along the way. would highly recommend.
This was our second Singabites tour and we’ve loved both. There is more of a Chinese food feel to this tour rather than lots of different regional dishes. But we are in Chinatown and that’s what we wanted. Really enjoyed the egg tarts and the story behind them. Thanks Singabites
